“I feel like I work for a non-judgmental, no shame, no guilt, loving, kind, amazing, fruitful family of hope, strength, and love. Honestly, it reminds me of one of Jesus’ values – loving people where they are and no judgment.”

Contingency Management
The MedsFirst Clinic now operates a Contingency Management Program. As the name suggests, we work with clients to increase their chances of successfully navigating the future they want. It’s simple: test negative for meth, get a gift card. The theory is simple, too. Contingency management (CM) is a type of evidence-based behavioral therapy that provides motivational incentives to individuals living with stimulant use disorder for evidence of positive behavioral change, supporting their path to recovery. As a treatment for stimulant use disorder, CM has been widely tested and evaluated - resulting in a great deal of evidence supporting its efficacy.
Are you struggling with Meth? Join our Contingency Management Program. You’ll get the support you need, plus free gift cards! The visits with our friendly staff are quick and easy. While you’re here, we also have lots of support staff to assist you with Care Coordination, referrals to services, insurance help, and more.
How it works
Come see us, sign up, and confirm meth use.
Come back later that week, test negative and get a gift card.
Keep returning for 8 weeks, with short visits twice weekly, and get more gift cards every time you test negative.
Contingency Management is available Monday - Friday from 1:00pm to 4:00pm at 727 N Tower Ave in Centralia. For more information, call (360) 557-2027 ext 702.
“I don’t even care about the gift cards. They’re stacking up. It’s more about the support, coming in here, being accountable, doing the UA. Knowing it’s clean. I trust these people.”
